Air Bleed Pipe

REMOVAL
1. Partially drain and recover coolant.
2. Coolant air bleed pipe retaining bolt end nut.
3. Hose clamp from coolant tank hose.
4. Pull pipe from coolant outlet housing.

INSTALLATION
1. Pipe to coolant outlet housing.
2. Hose clamp to coolant tank hose.
3. Coolant air bleed pipe retaining bolt and nut. Tighten
^ Bolt to 14 Nm (10 lb ft).
^ Nut to 42 Nm (31 lb ft).
4. Coolant.
