Flange and Steering Coupling

REMOVAL
Remove or disconnect the following:
1. Rack and pinion steering assembly from vehicle.
2. Pinch bolt (10) from flange and steering coupling (11).
3. Flange and steering coupling (11) from stub shaft of pinion and valve assembly.

INSTALLATION
Install or connect the following:
1. Flange and steering coupling (11) to stub shaft of pinion and valve assembly.
2. Pinch bolt (10) to flange and steering coupling (11).
^ Tighten pinch bolt (10) to 41 Nm (30 ft. lbs.).
3. Rack and pinion assembly to vehicle.
