Power Steering Pump Pulley Replacement

^ Tools Required :
- J 25034-B Pulley Remover
- J 25033-B Pulley Installer
- Or Equivalents

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Pump drive belt(s).
2. Pump from engine for tool clearance, if needed.
3. Pulley from pump using J 2503-B, pulley from pump.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Pulley onto pump using J 25033-B, pulley onto pump. Axial tolerance of pulley on pump shaft is +/- 0.25 mm (+/- 0.010 in).
2. Pump onto engine, if previously removed.
3. Pump drive belt(s).
4. Bleed power steering system, if system was opened.
^ Inspect for leaks.
