Function Actuator

The Remote Function Actuator (RFA) Module detects and decodes the Ultra-High Frequency (UHF) signal and then issues control signals to the door locks, trunk release, theft deterrent, internal (courtesy) lamps and perimeter lamps via Class 2 Serial Data Link. The door systems also can be operated in the usual manner; for instance, the door locks will still operate with the door lock keys.
