General Information

This feature allows the driver to delay the locking of the vehicle after the lock switch has been activated. Upon activating the lock switch with the driver's door open and the key out of the ignition, a chime will sound for three times to let the driver know that they are in the delayed locking mode. After all doors have been closed for five seconds they will lock automatically. Opening any door before the five seconds have elapsed will cause the timer to reset and restart once all doors are again closed. This feature can be programmed on or off for each transmitter.
