Backup Lamp: Service and Repair

Backup Lamp Assembly:

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Rear compartment lid trim.
2. Nuts retaining the back-up lamp assembly to the rear compartment lid.
3. Back-up lamp assembly from the rear compartment lid.
4. Grommet from rear compartment lid.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Grommet to the rear compartment lid. Ensure that grommet is fully seated.
2. Back-up lamp assembly to the rear compartment lid.
3. Nuts to retain the back-up lamp assembly to the rear compartment lid.

Tighten
^ Nuts to 9 N.m (80 lb. in.).

4. Rear compartment lid trim.
