Outlet Hose

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

Tools Required
^ J 37097-A Heater Hose Clamp Tool

Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution In Service Precautions.





1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Drain the coolant.
3. Remove the right cooling fan.
4. Remove the outlet radiator hose clamp from the engine.
5. Remove the outlet radiator hose from the engine.





6. Remove the outlet radiator hose clamp from the radiator.
7. Remove the outlet radiator hose from the radiator.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Tools Required
^ J 37097-A Heater Hose Clamp Tool





1. Install the outlet radiator hose to the radiator.
2. Install the outlet radiator hose clamp to the radiator.





3. Install the outlet radiator hose to the engine.
4. Install the outlet radiator hose clamp to the engine.
5. Install the right cooling fan.
6. Fill the cooling system.
7. Start the engine and checks for leaks.
