Fixed Antenna Replacement
REMOVAL PROCEDURETOOLS REQUIRED
J 38536-A Antenna Bezel Socket
1. Open the rear compartment.
2. Remove the right side rear compartment trim in order to gain access.
3. Remove the antenna extension cable from the antenna.
4. Remove the antenna mast.
5. Use the J 38536-A in order to remove the following components:
^ The antenna bezel
^ The nut
6. Remove the antenna.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the antenna.
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
2. Use the J 38536-A in order to install the following components:
^ The antenna bezel
^ The nut
Tighten
Tighten the nut to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
3. Install the antenna mast.
4. Install the antenna extension cable to the antenna.
5. Install the right side rear compartment trim.
6. Close the rear compartment.
