Rear Brace

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. Remove the generator brace bracket bolts.
2. Remove the generator brace bolt from the rear of the generator.
3. Remove the generator rear brace.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Install the generator rear brace to the vehicle.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the generator brace bolt.
3. Install the generator brace bracket bolts.

Tighten
Tighten the generator brace bolt to 30 N.m (22 lb ft).

Tighten
Tighten the generator brace bracket bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
