Suspension Component Inspection

Replace the following suspension components:
^ Replace bent suspension components.
^ Replace worn suspension components.
^ Replace damaged suspension components.

DO NOT attempt to heat, quench or straighten the parts. Bent or damaged suspension-parts often indicate an accident or abusive driving. Thoroughly inspect the following components when you discover bent and/or damaged suspension parts:
^ Inspect the knuckle.
^ Inspect the bail joint attachments.
^ Inspect the steering rod ball attachments.

Check the following components:
^ Check the fastener torque at the control arm to frame.
^ Check the strut to knuckle.
^ Check the front lower control arm ball stud to knuckle.
