Circuit Operation
RadioThe radio receives battery voltage at all times on circuit 640 through the RADIO BATT Fuse to keep clock and preset station memory alive when the ignition is in the OFF position. With the ignition switch in the ACCY or RUN position, voltage is applied to circuit 43 through the RADIO Fuse to enable radio operation. The radio is grounded through circuit 351. When the ignition is in the RUN or ACCY position, the Vacuum Fluorescent (VF) display illuminates to display the time or radio frequency setting.
CD Player And Cassette Player
If equipped, the CD Player or cassette player is pan of the radio unit. When operating, the same power required by the radio is necessary for tape or CD Player operation.
Remote CD Changer
The Remote CD Changer receives battery voltage at all times through the CD CHANGER fused circuit 2940. The Remote CD Changer is grounded through circuit 351.
