Compressor Condenser Hose Assembly

Compressor Condenser Hose Assembly:

Remove or Disconnect

1. Recover refrigerant.
2. Air cleaner and duct assembly.
3. Compressor line at accumulator.
4. Compressor line at condenser.
5. Hose assembly at compressor.
6. Hose assembly.

Important
^ Remove and discard all used O-rings and sealing washers.

Install or Connect

1. Hose assembly.
2. Hose assembly at rear of compressor, using new sealing washers.

Tighten
^ Nut and/or Bolt to 33 N.m (24 lb. ft.).

3. Line to condenser with mounting bolt.

Tighten
^ Nut to 16 N.m (11 lb. ft.).

4. Line at accumulator with mounting bolt.

Tighten
^ Nut to 16 N.m (11 lb. ft.).

5. Air cleaner and duct assembly.
6. Evacuate, recharge, and leak test system.
