Headlamp Assembly Replacement

Description:

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
^ Use caution when working with halogen bulbs
1. Front bumper fascia.
2. Front cornering lamp. Refer to Cornering lamps - Buick. Service and Repair
3. Four bolts retaining headlamp to vehicle.
4. Headlamp.
5. Electrical connectors.
6. Headlamp bulbs by turning counterclockwise.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Headlamp bulbs by turning clockwise.
2. Electrical connectors.
3. Headlamp to vehicle.
4. Bolts to retain headlamp.

Tighten
Bolts to 9.5 N.m (84 lb. in.).

5. Front cornering lamp.
6. Front bumper fascia.
7. If new headlamp has been installed, remove the horizontal aim adjuster restrictor from headlamp and discard.
8. Check headlamp aim. Refer to Headlamp Aiming. Adjustments
