REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
^ Grip tilt wheel release lever (6) firmly and twist counterclockwise.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
^ Grip tilt wheel release lever (6) firmly, and twist clockwise.
^ Apply LOCTITE #210 or equivalent to threads
