106. Control Valve Body Inspection





1. Inspect the control valve body for the following:
- A damaged or rough pump shaft bearing
- Casting porosity
- Interconnected oil passages
- Damaged machined surfaces
- Foreign material

2. Inspect the solenoids for the following:
- Cut seals
- Bent connectors or broken wires
- Cracked or damaged plastic housings
- Foreign material

3. Inspect the valves and bushings for the following:
- Wear
- Nicks
- Scratches

4. Inspect the springs for damaged or distorted coils.
