Sunroof Glass Panel Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

CAUTION: When working with any type of glass, use approved safety glasses and gloves to reduce the chance of personal injury.

1. Remove the three screws from the trough and shield assembly.
2. Slide the trough and shield assembly to the rear.
3. Cycle the glass panel to the vent position.
4. Remove the 3 screws (1) from each side of the glass panel.
5. Remove the glass panel.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

CAUTION: When working with any type of glass, use approved safety glasses and gloves to reduce the chance of personal injury.

1. Install the glass panel.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the 3 screws (1) to each side of the glass panel.

3. Tighten
Tighten the screws to 3 N.m (27 lb in).

4. Close the glass panel to the flush position.
5. Install the 3 screws to the trough and shield assembly.
