Cigarette Lighter/Side Window Switch Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Insert a flat bladed tool under the front edge of the window switch plate.
2. Gently pry the switch plate upwards to release it from the door trim panel.
3. Disconnect the electrical connectors to the power window switch and cigarette lighter (1) (if equipped).
4. Remove the switch plate.
5. Gently pry the switch plate away from the tabs on the window switch with a small flat-bladed tool.
6. Remove the power window switch from the switch plate.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Snap the power window switch into the switch plate.
2. Connect the electrical connectors to the power window switch and cigarette lighter (1) (if equipped).
3. Install the rearward edge of the switch plate into the door trim panel.
4. Press down on the front edge of the switch plate to engage the retainer clip.
5. Ensure the switch plate is secure.
