REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the air cleaner and duct assembly.
2. Disconnect the battery negative cable.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the A/C refrigerant pressure sensor.
4. Remove the A/C refrigerant pressure sensor from the liquid line.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Lubricate a new O-ring seal with mineral base 525 viscosity refrigerant oil.
2. Install the new O-ring seal.

NOTICE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the A/C refrigerant pressure sensor to the liquid line.

Tighten
Tighten the A/C refrigerant pressure sensor to 4.7 N.m (41 lb in).

4. Connect the electrical connector to the A/C refrigerant pressure sensor.
5. Connect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnect/Connect Procedure in Starting and Charging Systems.
6. Install the air cleaner and duct assembly.
