Lock Actuator Replacement - Rear Door

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the trim panel.
2. Remove the water deflector.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector.
4. Using a 4 mm (3/16 in) drill bit, remove the rivets.
5. Disconnect the lock rod from the actuator.
6. Remove the actuator (2).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the actuator.
2. Install the lock rod (1) outboard of the handle rod to the actuator.
3. Install 4 mm (3/16 in), peel-type rivets.
4. Connect the electrical connector.
5. Install the water deflector.
6. Install the trim panel.
