Power Recliner Replacement - Front Seat

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the seat..
2. Remove the hog rings that secure the lower seatback skirt.
3. Remove the pins and the keeper locks that retain the seatback actuator recliner.
4. Remove the seat belt anchor bolt.
5. Disconnect the seat belt connector.
6. Remove the seat belt.
7. Remove the outboard side track trim cover.
8. Remove the seat frame assembly bolts and the frame.
9. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
10. Disconnect the pneumatic hoses.
11. Remove the lumbar pump motor on the driver seat.
12. Remove the actuator recliner motor fasteners.
13. Remove the actuator recliner motor.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the actuator recliner motor to the seat bottom.
2. Install the actuator recliner motor fasteners.
3. Install the lumbar pump motor on the driver seat.
4. Connect the electrical connectors.
5. Connect the pneumatic hoses.
6. Install the seat frame assembly and the retaining bolts.
7. Install the seat track trim panel.
8. Install the seat belt and the anchor bolt.
9. Connect the seat belt electrical connector.
10. Install the retaining pins and the clips.
11. Install the hog rings.
12. Install the seat.
