Seat Back Cover and Pad Replacement - Front

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the seat.
2. Remove the seat back.
3. Remove the head restraint (2).
4. Disconnect the fasteners to the seat back hinge assembly.
5. Remove the seat back.




6. Disengage the retainer (1) at the bottom of the seat back cover.
7. Disengage the fasteners from the seat back cover as the cover is being lifted.
8. Separate the seat back cover from the cushion.




9. Disengage the head restraint guides (1).
10. Remove the cover (3) and the cushion (4).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the cushion (4) onto the seat back frame (5).
2. Install the seat back cover (3).
3. Install the seat back cover fasteners.
4. Engage the head restraint guides (1).
5. Install the head restraint (2).




6. Engage the retainer (1) at the bottom of the seat back cover.




7. Connect the fasteners to the seat back (5) hinge assembly.
8. Install the seat back.
9. Install the seat.
