Horn: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the wheelhouse assembly.
2. Remove the right side horn bolts (4).
3. Remove the right side horn (3).




4. Remove the left side horn bolts (1).
5. Remove the left side horn (3).
6. Disconnect the electrical connectors.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Connect the electrical connectors to the horns.
2. Install the left side horn (3).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

3. Install the left side horn bolts (1).

Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 11 N.m (98 lb in).




4. Install the right side horn (3).
5. Install the right side horn bolts (4).

Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 11 N.m (98 lb in).

6. Install the front wheelhouse panel.
