Air Cleaner Fresh Air Duct/Hose: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Loosen the intake air duct clamp (2).
2. Remove intake air duct (1) from air cleaner and rotate duct upwards.
3. Remove the intake air duct (1).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the intake air duct (1) on the throttle body.
2. Rotate the intake air duct down and install the intake air duct onto the air cleaner.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten
Tighten the intake air duct clamp (2), to 2 N.m (18 lb in).
