Ignition Lock Cylinder - Assemble

ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE





1. Install the lock preload spring (7).
2. Install the wire protector (8).
3. Install the close out knob (6).
4. Install the steering column pass key lock cylinder set (5).
5. Install the ignition lock actuator assembly (4).
6. Install the lock bolt assembly (3).
7. Install the lock bolt support bracket (2).
8. Install 2 tapping screws (1).
Tighten the screws to 5 Nm (5 inch lbs.).
9. Install the upper tilt head components. Refer to Steering Column Tilt Head Assembly Assemble.
