Rear Compartment Lid Release Switch Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Open the instrument panel (I/P) compartment door.
2. Use a plastic trim tool to carefully remove the lid release switch.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the lid release switch.

Installation Procedure




1. Connect the electrical connector to the lid release switch.
2. Press the lid release switch into the I/P opening.
3. Close the I/P compartment door.
