10. Intake Manifold Removal - Upper

1. Remove the spark plug wires.
2. Remove the electronic ignition control module nuts and bolts.
3. Remove the electronic ignition control module.





4. Disconnect the vacuum lines from the upper intake manifold.





5. Remove the MAP sensor electrical connector.
6. Remove the MAP sensor screws.
7. Remove the MAP sensor.





8. Remove the EGR valve pipe from the exhaust manifold.
9. Remove the EGR valve bolts.
10. Remove the EGR valve and gasket.
11. Remove the EGR valve pipe and gasket.





12. Remove the upper intake manifold studs and bolts.
13. Remove the upper intake manifold.
14. Remove the upper intake manifold gaskets.
