1. Remove the door trim panel. Refer to the Door Trim Panel Replacement procedure in the Doors sub-section of the Service Manual.

2. Position the water deflector to allow access to the power window motor to door mounting screws.

3. Disconnect the motor electrical connector.

4. Remove the motor-to-door mounting screws.

5. Position the motor assembly through the door access opening to allow removal of the motor-to-window regulator mounting screws.





6. Remove the motor and door mounting bracket from the window regulator.

7. Install a new power window motor and door mounting bracket to the window regulator.

Tighten

Tighten the screws to 6 N.m (53 lb in).

8. Reposition the motor to the door and install the mounting screws.

Tighten

Tighten the screws to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

9. Reconnect the motor electrical connector.

10. Reposition the water deflector to the door.

Important:
Discard the old door trim panel retainers and replace with the new retainers before installing the door trim.

11. Install the new trim panel retainers to the door trim panel.

12. Install the door trim panel. Refer to the Door Trim Panel Replacement procedure in the Doors sub-section of the Service Manual.

13. Verify proper operation of the power window.
