Module Information 1 - PROM: This displays the tour digit number of the PROM incorporated into the Driver Door Module (DDM).

Module Information 1 - Calibration ID: This displays the calibration or program revision level used in the PROM.

Module Information 1 - Julian Date Of Build: This displays the day of the year the module was built

Module Information 1 - Year Module Built: This displays the four digit year of build.

Module Information 2 -8 Digit GM Part Number: This displays the part number for the DDM.

Module Information 2 - Component Serial #: This is the first partition of the serial number.

Module Information 2 - Component Serial #: This is the second partition of the serial number.

Module Information 2 - Component Serial #: This is the third partition of the serial number.
