Fuel Tank Filler Door Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Open the fuel filler door.
2. Remove the bolts retaining the fuel filler door.
3. Remove the fuel filler door.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the fuel filler door.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the bolts retaining the fuel filler door.

Tighten the bolts to 7.5 N.m (66 lb in).

3. Close the fuel filler door.
4. Verify the proper operation of the fuel filler door.
