Front Seat Armrest Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the front seat. Refer to Seat Replacement (Seat Replacement) .
2. Remove the hog ring (3) from the seat cushion trim (2) covering the retaining nuts to the center armrest.
3. Remove the 4 retaining nuts (1) securing the center armrest to the seat assembly.
4. Remove the center armrest assembly.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the center armrest to the seat assembly.
2. Install the 4 nuts (1) in order to secure the center armrest to the seat.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

3. Tighten the retaining nuts.

Tighten the 4 retaining nuts to 24 N.m (18 lb ft).

4. Install a new hog ring (3) to secure the seat trim (2) in order to cover the retaining nuts.
5. Install the front seat. Refer to Seat Replacement (Seat Replacement) .
