Security

The security indicator is controlled, via a discrete input by the Remote Function Actuator (RFA). The indicator has a connection to battery voltage for use when the ignition key is OFF. The IPC requests a chime for the indicator if the power mode is RUN and the vehicle is not in PARK. The IPC also illuminates the indicator during the bulb check.
