IP Cigar Lighter

Battery positive voltage (B+) is applied at all times through the rear fuse block C/LTR fuse to the cigar lighter on CKT 1840. When the cigar lighter is pressed in, the cigar lighter heating element is provided a ground path through CKT 450 and heats up. When the heating element reaches a predetermined value, the cigar lighter will pop out, thus interrupting the circuit.
