Rear Side Door Removal

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the conduit. Refer to Front Side Door Wiring Conduit Replacement (Front Side Door Wiring Conduit Replacement).
2. Support the door.
3. Remove the intermediate door hinge bolts
4. Remove the door.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the door.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the intermediate door hinge bolts.

Tighten the intermediate door hinge bolts to 33 Nm (24 lb ft).

3. Remove the support.
4. Install the conduit. Refer to Front Side Door Wiring Conduit Replacement (Front Side Door Wiring Conduit Replacement).
