Check Engine Oil Pressure

The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) sends the oil pressure data via the class 2 serial data line. The instrument cluster lights the oil pressure indicator during a bulb test and also when the PCM has determined that the oil pressure does not meet the specified value for that engine.
