- Inspect for hydraulic leak.
- Inspect for air in Steering and Suspension.

Momentary High Effort When Turning Wheel Quickly
- Inspect for internal pressure leak.
- Inspect for Insufficient pump pressure.
- Inspect for low fluid level.
