Rear Compartment Lid Release

When pressing the rear compartment button on the keyless entry transmitter, the RCDLR sends a message to the BCM through the RFA data link circuit in order to release the rear compartment lid.

If the transaxle is shifted out of PARK, the BCM disables the rear compartment lid release feature.
