Driver Door Switch Assembly (DDSA)

The Driver Door Switch Assembly (DDSA) is a multiplexed switch device that communicates with the driver's door module (DDM) via the Simple Bus Interface (SBI) serial data link. The LH front power door lock switch signals are first received and processed by the DDSA. The DDSA then sends a Lock or Unlock message via the SBI line to the DDM.
