Check Gauges

CHECK GAGES
The Head Up Display (HUD) illuminates the CHECK GAGES indicator as determined by the IPC. The HUD receives a signal from the IPC requesting illumination. The HUD illuminates the CHECK GAGES indicator when the IPC illuminates any of the following indicators:
^ ABS
^ Air bag
^ BRAKE
^ Charging system
^ Engine coolant temperature
^ Low fuel
^ Low oil pressure
^ MIL
^ TRACTION OFF

The HUD also illuminates the CHECK GAGES indicator when either of the following occur:
^ The vehicle moves a minimum of 6 meters (20 feet) with the trunk open. The DIC also displays the TRUNK AJAR 24 message.
^ The vehicle moves a minimum of 6 meters (20 feet) with any of the doors open. The DIC also displays the DOOR AJAR 23 message.
