Fasten Safety Belt

The BCM illuminates the fasten safety belt indicator in the IPC when any of the following occur:
^ The Body Control Module (BCM) detects that the driver seat belt is unbuckled. The BCM illuminates the indicator for 20 seconds and then flashes the indicator for 55 seconds. The BCM activates an audible warning.
^ The BCM performs the displays test at the start of each ignition cycle.
