HIGH Speed Operation

In the HI position of the wiper switch, battery voltage is applied to the wiper motor cover through the accessory voltage circuit, the windshield wiper switch signal 1 circuit, and the windshield wiper motor high speed circuit. Controlled voltage is applied to the wiper motor cover through the windshield wiper switch signal 2 circuit.
