LOW Speed Operation

In the LO position of the wiper switch, battery voltage is applied to the wiper motor cover through the accessory voltage circuit and the windshield wiper switch signal 1 circuit. Controlled voltage is applied to the wiper motor cover through the windshield wiper switch signal 2 circuit.
