Rainsense Operation

With the wiper switch in AUTO DELAY (Rainsense), battery voltage is applied to the wiper motor cover through the accessory voltage circuit. Controlled voltage is applied to the wiper motor cover through the windshield wiper switch signal 1 circuit and the windshield wiper switch signal 2 circuit. When the ignition switch is in RUN or ACCY, battery voltage is applied to the Rainsense module through the accessory voltage circuit. The rainsense module activates the wiper motor through the rain sense signal 1 circuit and the rain sense signal 2 circuit if moisture is detected on the windshield.
