Carpet Replacement - Front

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the front seats. Refer to Seat Replacement - Front Bucket (Seat Replacement - Front Bucket) or to Seat Replacement - Split Bench (Seat Replacement - Split Bench) in Seats.
2. Remove the center console, if equipped. Refer to Console Replacement - Front Floor (D06) (Console Replacement - Front Floor (D06))Console Replacement - Front Floor (D55) (Console Replacement - Front Floor (D55)) in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
3. Remove the rear seat cushion. Refer to Seat Cushion Replacement - Rear (Seat Cushion Replacement - Rear) in Seats.




4. Remove the carpet retainers. Refer to Carpet Retainer Replacement - Front (Carpet Retainer Replacement - Front) for the rear Carpet Retainer Replacement - Rear (Carpet Retainer Replacement - Rear) .
5. Remove the right instrument panel insulator. Refer to Closeout/Insulator Panel Replacement - Right (Closeout/Insulator Panel Replacement - Right) in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
6. Remove the trim panel from the lower center pillar. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Lower Center Pillar (Trim Panel Replacement - Lower Center Pillar) .
7. Remove the quarter lower trim. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter Lower (Service and Repair) .




8. Remove the carpet from the vehicle.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the carpet.
2. Install the quarter lower trim. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter Lower (Service and Repair) .
3. Install the trim panel to the lower center pillar. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Lower Center Pillar (Trim Panel Replacement - Lower Center Pillar) .




4. Install the carpet retainers. Refer to Carpet Retainer Replacement - Front (Carpet Retainer Replacement - Front) for the rear Carpet Retainer Replacement - Rear (Carpet Retainer Replacement - Rear) .
5. Install the right instrument panel insulator. Refer to Closeout/Insulator Panel Replacement - Right (Closeout/Insulator Panel Replacement - Right) in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
6. Install the rear seat cushion. Refer to Seat Cushion Replacement - Rear (Seat Cushion Replacement - Rear) in Seats.
7. Install the center console, if equipped. Refer to Console Replacement - Front Floor (D06) (Console Replacement - Front Floor (D06))Console Replacement - Front Floor (D55) (Console Replacement - Front Floor (D55)) in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
8. Install the front seats. Refer to Seat Replacement - Front Bucket (Seat Replacement - Front Bucket) or to Seat Replacement - Split Bench (Seat Replacement - Split Bench) in Seats.
