CIRCUIT DESCRIPTIONThis DTC is generated when the instrument panel integration Module (IPM) is not calibrated to the vehicle.
CONDITIONS FOR RUNNING THE DTC
The DTC is run when the ignition is cycled from OFF to ON.
CONDITIONS FOR SETTING THE DTC
The DTC is generated when the IPM is not calibrated to the vehicle.
ACTION TAKEN WHEN THE DTC SETS
The vehicle will continue to operate with the existing calibration.
CONDITIONS FOR CLEARING THE DTC
- A current DTC clears when the malfunction is no longer present.
- A history DTC clears when the module ignition cycle counter reaches the reset threshold, without a repeat of the malfunction.
DIAGNOSTIC AIDS
The most likely occurrence of this DTC being set are due to incorrect calibration tiles downloaded to the IPM, or an HVAC control module installed in the vehicle without the recalibration procedure having been performed.
