Striker Adjustment - IP Compartment

Removal Procedure




1. Open the instrument panel (IP) compartment door.
2. Remove the IP storage compartment (1).




3. Loosen the fasteners (2) holding the IP compartment striker (1) to the IP.
4. Adjust the IP compartment striker.

Installation Procedure






Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

1. Tighten the fasteners (2) holding the instrument panel (IP) compartment striker (1).

Tighten the fasteners (2) to 2 N.m (18 lb in).




2. Install the IP storage compartment (1).
3. Close the IP compartment door.
