Radiator Hose Replacement - Outlet

- J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers

Removal Procedure





1. Drain the engine coolant.
2. Using the J 38185 loosen and move the outlet radiator hose clamp at the radiator.
3. Remove the outlet radiator hose from the radiator.
4. Using the J 38185 loosen and move the outlet radiator hose clamp at the engine.
5. Remove the outlet radiator hose from the engine.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the outlet radiator hose to the engine.
2. Install the outlet radiator hose to the radiator.
3. Using the J 38185 install the outlet radiator hose clamps.
4. Fill the cooling system.
