Alarm Occurred - 40 (With DIC)

The IPC illuminates the ALARM OCCURRED 40 indicator in the DIC when the rear integration module (RIM) detects a potential vehicle theft. The IPC receives a class 2 message from the RIM requesting illumination. The IPC sends a class 2 message to the radio in order to activate an audible warning.
