Fuel Gauge

The IPC monitors the fuel level signal circuit, and when the fuel tank level is full, the sensor resistance is high and the IPC senses a high signal voltage. When the fuel tank level is empty, the sensor resistance is low and the IPC senses a low signal voltage. When the fuel tank level is less than 16 percent, the low fuel indicator illuminates.
