Door Replacement - Front

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the rubber conduit. Refer to Rubber Conduit Replacement - Front Door (Rubber Conduit Replacement - Front Door) .
2. Remove the trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Front Door (Service and Repair) .
3. Remove the water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Front Door. Water Deflector Replacement - Front Door
4. Remove the door speaker. Refer to Speaker Replacement - Front Door .
5. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
6. Remove the front door inner sealing strip. Refer to Sealing Strip Replacement - Front Door Window Belt Inner (Front Side Door Window Belt Inner Sealing Strip Replacement) .
7. Remove the front door outer belt sealing strip. Refer to Sealing Strip Replacement - Front Door Window Belt Outer - Front (Front Side Door Window Belt Inner Sealing Strip Replacement) .
8. Remove the window. Refer to Window Replacement - Front Door (Service and Repair) .
9. Remove the window weatherstrip. Refer to Weatherstrip Replacement - Front Door Window (Door Window Weatherstrip) .
10. Remove the window regulator. Refer to Window Regulator Replacement - Front Door (Door Window Regulator Replacement (Manual)) .
11. Remove the outside door handle. Refer to Door Handle Replacement - Front Outside (Door Handle Replacement) .
12. Remove the inside handle. Refer to Door Handle Replacement - Front Inside (Door Handle Replacement) .
13. Remove the lock. Refer to Lock Replacement - Front Door (Lock Replacement - Front Door) .
14. Remove the door side molding. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Front Door Frame (Garnish Molding Replacement - Front Door Frame) .
15. Support the door.




16. Remove the intermediate door hinge bolts.
17. Remove the door.



Installation Procedure






Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

1. Install the intermediate door hinge bolts.

Tighten the bolts to 33 Nm (24 lb ft).

2. Remove the support.
3. Install the door side moldings. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Front Door Frame (Garnish Molding Replacement - Front Door Frame) .
4. Install the lock. Refer to Lock Replacement - Front Door (Lock Replacement - Front Door) .
5. Install the inside handle. Refer to Door Handle Replacement - Front Inside (Door Handle Replacement) .
6. Install the outside door handle. Refer to Door Handle Replacement - Front Outside (Door Handle Replacement) .
7. Install the window regulator. Refer to Window Regulator Replacement - Front Door (Door Window Regulator Replacement (Manual)) .
8. Install the window weatherstrip. Refer to Weatherstrip Replacement - Front Door Window (Door Window Weatherstrip) .
9. Install the window. Refer to Window Replacement - Front Door (Service and Repair) .
10. Install the front door outer belt sealing strip. Refer to Sealing Strip Replacement - Front Door Window Belt Outer - Front (Front Side Door Window Belt Inner Sealing Strip Replacement)
11. Install the front door inner sealing strip. Refer to Sealing Strip Replacement - Front Door Window Belt Inner (Front Side Door Window Belt Inner Sealing Strip Replacement) .
12. Connect the electrical connectors.
13. Install the door speaker. Refer to Speaker Replacement - Front Door .
14. Install the rubber conduit. Refer to Rubber Conduit Replacement - Front Door (Rubber Conduit Replacement - Front Door) .
15. Install the water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Front Door. Water Deflector Replacement - Front Door
16. Install the trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Front Door (Service and Repair) .
17. Adjust the door. Refer to Door Adjustment - Front (Adjustments) .
