POWER WINDOWS INOPERATIVE - LOCKOUT FUNCTION

TEST DESCRIPTION

Steps 1 - 9:

The numbers below refer to the step numbers on the diagnostic table.

IMPORTANT:
- Make sure that the passenger window lockout option is selected as ON in the vehicle owner customizing menu.
- If the window lockout selection is OFF, set it to ON and verify that the fault is still present.

3. This step determines if the driver door module (DDM) receives the lockout switch input from the driver door switch assembly (DDSA).
4. This step determines if the indicator is operating properly.
